The Client Services Team provides an array of person-centred services through various communication channels to assess, action, and escalate incoming client/whanau queries. There are speciality functions within the Client Services team to provide you diversity, development opportunities and the chance to be part of something really special. About the role...

  • Provide quality advice and support to a diverse range of clients.
  • Ask effective questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and expectations, in order to provide appropriate and relevant information.
  • Ensure clients are kept fully informed and that agreed timelines are met.
  • Keep accurate and timely records, ensuring all relevant information has been captured.
  • Action all queries and requests in a timely manner, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute to the team, share information, and provide assistance when needed.

About you...

  • Passionate about what you do and committed to the best possible outcomes for clients and their family/whanau.
  • A great team player who can also work autonomously when needed to.
  • Exceptional communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain efficiency and a positive attitude when juggling a busy day
  • Experience in the health or disability sector is an advantage, but not vital.
